Sarah Ramusack is the Executive Director of GreenTree at Westwood, with over 15 years of experience working with older adults. Passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment, Sarah enjoys working directly with residents, families, and staff to make the community a truly special place to live and work.
Away from work, she enjoys visiting her family, going to concerts, and spending time on the lake.
Karen Ricketts is our Celebrations Director and has been with us for 6 years at GreenTree. Karen has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Currently, she lives in Shelbyville, Indiana. In her spare time, Karen enjoys her son’s football games and spending time with family.
Leslie Hayden is the Director of Sales at GreenTree at Westwood. She is dedicated to helping families navigate senior living with compassion and care, and guiding families through some of life’s most important decisions. With a strong background in Media Advertising/Marketing and community outreach, Leslie brings both professionalism and heart to her role – making sure each family feels supported, and at home. She has a strong passion for helping others and creating meaningful connections and healthy, positive environments.
Leslie grew up in Columbus; after moving away at age 16, she is excited to be back in the town that helped shape who she is. She enjoys representing Greentree within the community.
When she’s not at work, Leslie enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, remodeling her home, and finding joy in the little things—especially sunshine, music, and a great conversation.
